Creek meadow marine. Birch to me is the greatest wood for spoons, ladles, kuksa (cup/mugs) and bowls. Prescott cottonwood is much thinner than Colorado cottonwood bark and more challenging I think especially when carving faces. jpg IMG_2837A.
